To continuously assess and optimize our EHS performance by monitoring performance results and management reviews.
To design, manage and operate our facilities in a way that maximum safety is guaranteed, energy and material use efficiency is promoted and thus the environment protected.
To design products that can guarantee the safety in their intended use and the highest possible efficiency when converting solar energy and at the same time to design products where environmental pollution during the whole product life cycle including design, manufacturing, use and end-of-life management is prevented or at least minimized.
To create and promote the awareness of all JA Solar employees for their role and responsibility in fulfilling JA Solar’s environment, health and safety management systems and corporate philosophy.
To communicate JA Solars environment, health and safety policies and programs to both JA Solar’s employees and stakeholders.

Code of Conducts
JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. This Code of Ethics, applicable to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Controller (or persons performing similar functions) (together, “Senior Officers”), sets forth specific policies to guide the Senior Officers in the performance of their duties.
A Senior Officer must not only comply with applicable law but also has a responsibility to conduct himself or herself in an honest and ethical manner and must abide by any Company policies and procedures that govern the conduct of the Company’s business. The Senior Officers’ leadership responsibilities include creating a culture of high ethical standards and commitment to compliance, maintaining a work environment that encourages employees to raise concerns, and promptly addressing employee compliance concerns.
